Job Description
The Human Resources Lead will provide strategic partnership and advisory services to senior academic staff, and lead the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process for academic staff. The role involves driving initiatives to improve faculty well-being and engagement, and harmonizing performance appraisal tools across schools.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- • At least 5 years of experience in HR
