Job Description
The Human Resources Manager will act as a strategic HR Business Partner for operations, aligning HR practices with business objectives and driving talent acquisition, performance management and employee relations. Responsibilities include workforce planning, recruitment, policy compliance and supporting leadership with HR analytics. The role requires a BA/BSc/HND and 5–7 years of HR experience with strong recruitment exposure.

- • Minimum 5–7 years HR experience with strong recruitment exposure
- • Strong knowledge of Kenyan employment law and HR best practices
- • Excellent communication, analytical and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities
- • Act as trusted advisor to operations leadership on all HR matters
- • Align HR strategies with departmental goals and business priorities
- • Support organizational design, workforce planning and productivity improvement
- • Provide HR insights and analytics to support decision‑making
- • Lead end‑to‑end recruitment, onboarding and talent acquisition for operational functions
- • Manage employee relations, grievance handling and disciplinary processes
- • Ensure compliance with Kenyan employment legislation and internal policies
- • Develop and deliver training and capacity‑building programs
- • Oversee HR operations, policies and compliance across the organization
- • Partner with senior leaders to drive employee engagement and retention
