Job Description
The ICT Attachment at Kenya Tsetse and Trypanosomiasis Eradication Council offers a short‑term placement for students to gain hands‑on experience supporting the council’s information technology functions. Interns will assist with system maintenance, data entry, and basic user support.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s program in information technology or computer science
- • Basic understanding of computer hardware, software, and networking
- • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- • Interest in public health and disease‑control initiatives
Required Skills
Responsibilities
- • Assist the ICT team with routine system maintenance and updates
- • Perform data entry and manage electronic records
- • Provide basic technical support to staff users
- • Help document IT procedures and inventory
