Job Description
The ICT Intern will support Muranga County Government’s IT department by assisting with system maintenance, user support and data management tasks.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Currently enrolled in a diploma or degree program in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field
- • Basic understanding of Windows operating systems and networking concepts
- • Strong willingness to learn and ability to work in a team environment
Required Skills
Responsibilities
- • Assist with installation, configuration and troubleshooting of hardware and software
- • Provide first‑line user support and resolve technical issues
- • Help maintain network connectivity and monitor system performance
- • Support data entry, backup and documentation of IT procedures
- • Participate in testing and rollout of new applications and updates
