Job Description
The ICT Senior Analyst will design, develop, and manage data collection and analytics solutions to provide actionable intelligence for mission leadership. Responsibilities include business analysis, ETL development, dashboard creation, and quality assurance of BI datasets. The role requires strong analytical skills and experience with Power BI and reporting tools.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field (BA/BSc/HND)
- • 2–4 years of relevant experience or an advanced university degree (Master’s)
- • Professional certifications or postgraduate qualifications are advantageous

- • Develop and deploy data collection and analytics reporting solutions
- • Perform business and scope analysis, gather requirements, and document specifications
- • Conduct data cleansing, enrichment, migration, and change management activities
- • Build ETL procedures to refresh Business Intelligence products on schedule
- • Design, test, and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards
- • Conduct quality assurance reviews of BI datasets for accuracy and completeness
- • Monitor dashboards, identify issues, and implement resolutions
