Job Description
The Immigration Manager will oversee a portfolio of client engagements, ensuring high‑quality service delivery and compliance with Kenyan tax regulations. Responsibilities include preparing proposals, managing relocation services, handling working capital and debtors, and driving business development for the Global Employer Services practice. The role also involves coaching junior staff and maintaining effective client communication.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BSc/HND) in business, commerce, economics or a related field
- • Minimum 5–8 years experience in a client‑facing role handling employment taxes, tax controversy, payroll‑related tax advisory and global mobility
- • In‑depth knowledge of Kenyan tax laws
- • Strong organizational and planning abilities
- • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- • Ensure client and firm expectations are met by delivering high‑quality services
- • Manage allocated client portfolio and oversee working capital and debtor accounts
- • Prepare proposals and engagement letters and complete client onboarding procedures
- • Lead relocation services in collaboration with partners and GES managers
- • Oversee routine compliance and advisory engagements in a timely manner
- • Drive business development to grow the GES portfolio and revenue
- • Execute global compliance assignments and maintain client communication
- • Train and coach junior staff through classroom and on‑the‑job sessions
