Job Description
The Industrial Engineering Intern will support Diageo’s manufacturing operations by assisting with process improvement initiatives and data analysis. The role offers hands‑on experience in lean methodologies, production planning and efficiency studies within a global beverage environment.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Currently pursuing a degree in Industrial Engineering or related discipline
- • Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
- • Familiarity with lean principles and data‑driven problem solving
- • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- • Good communication and teamwork skills

Responsibilities
- • Support process mapping and analysis for production lines
- • Collect and analyse operational data to identify improvement opportunities
- • Assist in developing lean‑based recommendations and cost‑saving proposals
- • Participate in pilot projects and monitor implementation results
- • Prepare documentation and reports for senior engineers
