Job Description
The internship supports Oxfam’s inequality policy and campaign work by assisting with research, coordination, and material development. Interns help design work plans, track implementation, and conduct desktop analysis to inform policy initiatives. The role offers practical experience in project management, advocacy, and stakeholder engagement within an international development context.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Currently pursuing or completed a BA/BSc/HND degree
- • Strong written and spoken English proficiency
- • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders
- • Basic knowledge of socio‑economic issues related to inequality

- • Coordinate various teams through regular calls and outreach
- • Develop and track project work plans and implementation progress
- • Conduct desktop research and analysis to support policy, research, and campaign activities
- • Assist in creating campaign materials and communications
- • Support overall project management tasks as needed
