Job Description
The Information Security Manager leads the bank’s security strategy, protecting information assets, managing cyber risk and ensuring regulatory compliance. The role develops and implements security policies, oversees incident response, and advises senior leadership on risk mitigation. It also promotes a culture of security awareness across the organization.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity or a related field
- • Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM or CCISO preferred
- • Six to eight years of experience in information security, risk management or IT governance
- • Strong knowledge of security frameworks, threat management and compliance requirements

- • Develop and execute information security strategies and policies
- • Conduct risk assessments and manage cyber‑risk mitigation initiatives
- • Oversee incident response planning, detection and remediation
- • Ensure compliance with banking regulations, data protection laws and industry standards
- • Lead and mentor the security team to maintain high performance
- • Coordinate with IT, audit and business units to integrate security controls
- • Perform security audits, vulnerability assessments and penetration testing oversight
- • Promote security awareness training and best practices across the organization
