Job Description
The Infrastructure and Applications Specialist manages Serena Hotels’ Microsoft 365 environment and Azure cloud infrastructure, ensuring security, performance, and compliance. The role also provides technical support to regional IT teams and drives adoption of cloud services.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, IT or related field
- • Professional certificate in cloud or Microsoft technologies
- • Minimum 3 years of experience managing Microsoft 365 and Azure environments
Required Skills
Responsibilities
- • Administer Microsoft 365 users, licenses, permissions, and security settings
- • Resolve escalated support cases and AD synchronization issues
- • Conduct regular reviews of privileged access, user rights, and data protection
- • Monitor and optimise Azure infrastructure for availability, performance, and business continuity
- • Provide technical support to regional IT teams and coordinate with Microsoft partners
- • Assess Microsoft 365 and Azure capabilities and promote effective adoption
- • Generate management reports and ensure compliance with ICT policies
