Job Description
The Infrastructure & Applications Specialist will manage Serena Hotels’ IT infrastructure and applications, ensuring system reliability, security and optimal performance across the hotel portfolio. The role includes maintaining servers, supporting end‑users and coordinating with vendors.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Relevant IT degree or equivalent qualification
- • Experience in infrastructure and applications support
- • Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux servers, virtualization and networking
Required Skills

- • Install, configure and maintain servers, network devices and storage systems
- • Provide application support and troubleshoot user issues
- • Monitor system performance and implement corrective actions
- • Ensure security patches and updates are applied promptly
- • Manage backup and disaster recovery processes
- • Coordinate with vendors for hardware and software procurement
- • Document configurations, procedures and incident resolutions
