Job Description
The Innovations Officer will facilitate the implementation and monitoring of innovation initiatives within Living Goods’ Technical Assistance model, linking global and country teams to develop user‑centered solutions that improve community health systems.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
- • Minimum 5 years experience in innovation, program or project management, preferably in health or development sectors
Required Skills
Responsibilities
- • Support implementation and monitoring of innovation initiatives within the Technical Assistance model
- • Coordinate information flow between the global innovation team and country program teams
- • Assist in testing and adapting innovative approaches to enhance health service delivery
- • Identify implementation challenges, gather frontline feedback and help refine solutions
- • Document learning and share knowledge to inform program improvement
