Job Description
The Instore Excellence Manager drives retail execution excellence by developing and implementing the Perfect Store strategy across all channels. The role works closely with category teams to define standards, monitors store compliance, and trains staff to ensure optimal brand presentation and sales performance.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Retail Management or a related field
- • Proven experience in trade marketing, retail execution or category management
- • Strong analytical abilities and proficiency with data‑driven reporting
- • Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills
- • Ability to travel to multiple store locations and work under tight deadlines

- • Design and continuously improve the Perfect Store and retail execution strategy
- • Collaborate with category managers to define store standards and deployment plans
- • Monitor retail compliance through audits and performance dashboards
- • Train and coach store staff on merchandising and brand guidelines

- • Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to align execution with promotional activities
