Job Description
The Insurance Agent promotes and sells insurance products while providing comprehensive support throughout the policy lifecycle. Responsibilities include prospecting new clients, presenting suitable coverage, processing applications and renewals, and delivering after‑sales service. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams, staying current on product offerings and regulatory changes, and meeting sales targets. Strong communication and customer‑service skills are essential.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BSc/HND) or diploma in Business, Finance, Marketing or related field
- • Professional certification such as ECOP is preferred
- • Proven experience in insurance sales and customer service
- • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
