Job Description
Insurance sales agents will prospect and engage clients, present suitable insurance products and guide them through policy options. They will also provide ongoing service, handle inquiries and maintain long‑term relationships while meeting sales targets.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in business, finance, marketing or related discipline
- • Strong insurance sales and customer‑service skills
- • Good knowledge of insurance products and brokerage practices
- • Effective communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities
- • Basic numeracy, analytical skills and attention to detail
- • Proactive, goal‑oriented mindset with high ethical standards
