Job Description
The Integrated Solutions Well Engineer delivers comprehensive well‑engineering services across all project phases, ensuring designs meet safety, regulatory and client requirements. The engineer collaborates with commercial and procurement teams during tendering and supports stakeholders throughout construction, completion and abandonment. Technical expertise is applied to develop well programs, procedures and on‑site support.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Petroleum, Mechanical or related engineering discipline
- • Minimum 5 years experience in well construction, completions or interventions
- • Strong knowledge of HSE standards and well‑integrity practices
- • Ability to produce detailed well designs and execution programs
- • Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills
- • Proficiency with MS Office, Power BI and well‑engineering software (hydraulics, torque‑drag, casing design)

Responsibilities
- • Perform well‑engineering activities for projects in accordance with standards and regulations
- • Provide technical input for well construction, completions, interventions and abandonment
- • Support commercial and procurement teams during tendering stages
- • Interface with stakeholders to ensure safety, well integrity and cost‑effective execution
- • Prepare detailed well designs, programs and procedural documents
- • Offer on‑site technical guidance and operational support during execution
- • Ensure all engineering work complies with HSE requirements
