Job Description
An Interior Architect at Diba Archiventure will lead the design and execution of interior projects from concept through construction. The role requires developing design concepts, producing detailed drawings and 3D visualisations, and coordinating with clients, consultants and contractors. The candidate must blend creative vision with technical expertise to ensure designs meet functional, structural and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Interior Architecture, Interior Design, Architecture or related field
- • 4–8 years of professional experience in interior architecture or design
- • Strong portfolio demonstrating creative design solutions and technical documentation
- • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and rendering software such as 3ds Max or V‑Ray
- • Excellent communication, presentation and client‑management skills
- • Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and meet project deadlines
Required Skills
Responsibilities
- • Develop interior design concepts, mood boards, layouts, and material palettes
- • Produce detailed architectural, interior, joinery, and construction drawings
- • Create high‑quality 3D models, visualisations, and presentation materials
- • Prepare material specifications, schedules, and bill‑of‑quantities inputs
- • Coordinate interior designs with architectural, structural, and MEP requirements
- • Manage projects from concept through construction and final handover
- • Attend client meetings and present design proposals
- • Conduct site inspections to ensure design intent and quality standards
- • Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and project teams to resolve issues
- • Mentor and review the work of junior designers
