Job Description
The Interior Design Architect will translate client requirements and site conditions into detailed, buildable interior designs and documentation. Responsibilities include site measurements, space planning, 3D visualizations, technical drawings, and material quantification to support construction teams. The role demands high design standards and strong coordination skills.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
- • 3–8 years experience in interior design and architectural documentation
- • Proficiency in CAD, 3D modeling, and rendering software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit)
- • Strong eye for detail, spatial planning, and material specification
- • Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and manage project timelines

- • Conduct site visits and take precise measurements
- • Develop functional interior layouts and detailed space plans
- • Produce high‑quality 3D renderings and photorealistic visualizations
