Job Description
The Internal Auditor conducts internal audit engagements, evaluates control effectiveness, prepares audit reports and recommends improvements to safeguard assets and ensure regulatory compliance.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting or a related field
- • At least 3 years experience in internal audit
- • Professional certification in accounting, auditing or risk management (e.g., CPA, ACCA) preferred
- • Strong analytical, communication and organizational abilities
- • High attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- • Kenyan citizenship preferred

- • Perform audit procedures and assess internal controls across finance and operations
- • Identify risk areas and recommend corrective actions
- • Prepare clear audit reports with findings and management recommendations
- • Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards and regulatory requirements
- • Communicate audit results to senior management and support implementation of improvements
