Job Description
The Internal Communications Officer partners with internal stakeholders to develop and deliver communications that reinforce organisational priorities. The role creates content for various channels, translates strategic objectives into clear messages, and ensures consistent branding across the organization. It also measures communication effectiveness and adapts tactics accordingly. Strong writing and stakeholder management skills are required.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism or related field
- • At least 3 years experience in internal or corporate communications
- • Excellent writing, editing and storytelling abilities
- • Ability to work cross‑functionally and manage multiple projects simultaneously
