Job Description
The International Supply Chain Senior Officer manages procurement requests from country offices, obtains competitive quotations, and conducts bid analysis under global framework agreements. The role ensures timely acquisition of goods and services while maintaining compliance with Save the Children’s procurement policies. It requires strong negotiation and supplier management capabilities.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Economics or related field
- • Minimum 5 years of experience in international procurement or supply chain roles, preferably in the humanitarian sector
- • Proven ability to conduct bid analysis and negotiate with suppliers
- • Strong knowledge of procurement regulations and best practices
- • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
