Job Description
The internship supports the collections team by contacting customers with overdue balances, maintaining accurate records, and handling queries. Interns will make professional phone calls, follow up on payments, and assist in achieving recovery targets. The role also provides exposure to debt collection processes while developing communication and negotiation skills.
Qualifications & Requirements
