Job Description
The Inventory and Sourcing Officer will manage stock levels for phones, appliances and accessories, ensuring timely procurement and accurate record‑keeping. Responsibilities include planning inventory, sourcing products at optimal prices, receiving and verifying shipments, and distributing stock to branches. The role demands strong negotiation, communication and analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel or Zoho. This full‑time position is based in Nairobi.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Certificate or Diploma in Supply Chain, Procurement, Business or a related field
- • At least 2–3 years of experience in inventory, stores or supply chain
- • Strong negotiation and communication skills
- • Proficiency with numbers and experience using Excel or Zoho (preferred)
- • Organized and detail‑oriented
