Job Description
The Inventory Controller oversees the end‑to‑end movement of coffee beans, ensuring accurate tracking from receipt through storage, processing, re‑bagging and dispatch. The role requires close coordination with warehouse and logistics teams to maintain optimal stock levels and data integrity. Strong attention to detail and familiarity with inventory systems are essential to support efficient operations.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Proven experience in inventory control or warehouse management
- • Familiarity with coffee supply‑chain processes is an advantage
- • Ability to use inventory management software and Excel
- • Strong organizational and analytical skills
- • High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Required Skills
Responsibilities
- • Monitor coffee receipt, storage, internal transfers, processing and re‑bagging activities
- • Track inventory movements through to dispatch and update records in real time
- • Conduct regular stock reconciliations to ensure data accuracy
- • Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to resolve discrepancies
- • Maintain compliance with safety and quality standards
