Job Description
The IT Analyst I will support Catholic Relief Services’ supply chain operations by maintaining and enhancing the IT systems that track inventory, procurement and distribution. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, generating reports and providing user training to ensure efficient logistics processes.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related discipline
- • Basic understanding of supply chain or logistics processes
- • Familiarity with ERP or inventory management systems
- • Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities
- • Effective communication skills and ability to work in a multicultural NGO environment

- • Maintain and configure supply chain management software and databases
- • Provide technical support and troubleshoot system issues for end‑users
- • Generate regular inventory, procurement and distribution reports
- • Assist in system upgrades and integration projects
- • Train staff on proper use of IT tools and best practices
- • Monitor system performance and recommend improvements
- • Ensure data integrity and security across supply chain platforms
