Job Description
The IT Event Management Engineer will design and maintain global event detection and alerting systems to proactively identify and resolve IT incidents. The role involves integrating monitoring tools, automating workflows, and collaborating across infrastructure and application teams to ensure service reliability. Candidates should have extensive experience in IT operations and strong analytical skills.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Systems)
- • 10–12 years of experience in IT operations, monitoring, and event management
- • Strong technical proficiency with ITOM systems, monitoring platforms, and API integrations
- • Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities
- • Ability to create clear documentation and drive process standardization

- • Integrate monitoring frameworks, APIs, and ITOM tools across hybrid cloud and on‑prem environments
