Job Description
The IT Event Management Engineer plans, coordinates and executes technical aspects of corporate and stakeholder events. They ensure reliable audio‑visual and network setups, manage vendor relationships and provide on‑site support to guarantee seamless delivery. The role also involves documenting processes and reporting on event outcomes.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related discipline
- • Minimum 3 years experience in IT event management or technical support
- • Strong knowledge of AV systems, streaming platforms and network protocols
- • Excellent project‑management, communication and problem‑solving skills
- • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
