Job Description
The IT Executive is responsible for supporting the Odoo ERP platform across manufacturing, inventory, procurement, sales and finance modules, as well as maintaining the company’s IT infrastructure. They troubleshoot functional and technical issues, coordinate with external developers for customisations and ensure data integrity and security. The role also provides user training and manages network components such as LAN, WAN and VPN.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field
- • 2–3 years of experience in ERP support and IT infrastructure management
- • Familiarity with Odoo ERP modules and configuration
- • Strong problem‑solving and communication skills
- • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Required Skills
Responsibilities
- • Provide day‑to‑day support for Odoo ERP users across all business functions
- • Troubleshoot and resolve functional and basic technical issues within Odoo
- • Coordinate with ERP consultants and developers for bug fixes, customisations and upgrades
- • Train end‑users and promote best practices for ERP utilisation
- • Monitor ERP performance, backups and data integrity
- • Manage IT infrastructure including LAN, WAN, Wi‑Fi, switches, routers, firewalls and VPNs
- • Administer user accounts, permissions, printers, email systems and endpoint devices
- • Implement basic cybersecurity measures such as antivirus, password policies and backups
