Job Description
The IT Infrastructure, Support & Cybersecurity Lead will design, implement and manage the company’s IT systems, ensure security and uptime, and mentor the support team to deliver high‑quality services.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field
- • At least 3 years of experience managing enterprise IT infrastructure and cybersecurity
- • Strong knowledge of network and systems administration and information security management
- • Demonstrated leadership and team‑development abilities
Required Skills
Responsibilities
- • Design, implement and administer servers, end‑user devices, networks, security systems and software
- • Ensure infrastructure scalability, security and optimal performance aligned with business strategy
- • Maintain 100% system uptime and protect data across all IT assets
- • Oversee IT service delivery, meeting defined KPIs and SLAs
- • Provide user training to maximise system adoption and productivity
- • Mentor and coach the IT Support Team, setting performance targets and accountability
- • Identify training needs and drive continuous capability improvement
