Job Description
The IT Intern will support Java House’s technology operations by ensuring hardware, CCTV, printer and UPS systems remain functional across all locations. The role provides day‑to‑day technical assistance and helps maintain a reliable IT environment for the company’s commissary operations. This position offers hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced hospitality setting.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field
- • Basic understanding of hardware components, networking and CCTV systems
- • Strong willingness to learn and develop technical skills
- • Good communication and teamwork abilities
Required Skills
Responsibilities
- • Ensure availability and reliability of hardware, CCTV, printers and UPS systems across headquarters and branch locations
- • Provide day‑to‑day technical support for all commissary IT systems
- • Assist in troubleshooting hardware and network issues
- • Maintain inventory of IT equipment and perform routine maintenance
- • Document incidents and resolutions in the help‑desk system
