Job Description
The IT Manager leads the technology function for City Walk Ltd, overseeing networks, systems administration, cybersecurity, and IT projects across multiple retail locations. The role involves managing vendors, ensuring business continuity, and implementing best practices to support the company’s operations. Candidates must have extensive ICT experience and proven managerial capabilities.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field
- • Minimum 7 years ICT experience, including at least 3 years in a management role
- • Strong experience in networks, systems administration, and cybersecurity
- • Proven ability to manage IT projects, vendors, backups, and business continuity
- • Relevant certifications such as CCNA, Microsoft, ITIL, CompTIA or cybersecurity certifications are desirable
