Job Description
The IT Project Manager leads the delivery of large‑scale technology programmes across Africa, managing project planning, governance, risk, and stakeholder engagement. Responsibilities include overseeing budgets, ensuring quality delivery, and driving adoption of project outcomes. The role requires senior‑level project management expertise and strong leadership abilities.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • BA/BSc or equivalent degree in a relevant field
- • Professional project‑management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2)
- • At least 7 years of experience managing enterprise‑scale technology projects
- • Demonstrated leadership, reporting and stakeholder‑management skills
- • Strong ability to work in multicultural, multi‑country environments

- • Manage end‑to‑end delivery of enterprise‑scale technology programmes across the Africa region
- • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations
- • Establish governance structures, monitor risks, and control project finances

- • Drive decision‑making, remove blockers, and maintain project momentum
- • Ensure quality standards are met and that deliverables are transitioned to operations
