The IT Project Manager will oversee the migration of GAIN’s finance systems to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, coordinating data cleansing, migration, and validation to ensure a successful go‑live. The role brings together finance, IT, and business users to map processes, improve workflows, and enhance reporting and automation. Strong project leadership and attention to detail are essential for delivering the transformation on schedule.

- • Coordinate migration from Microsoft Dynamics NAV, Vena, and SharePoint to Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- • Map finance processes and translate requirements into workflow, reporting, and automation improvements.
- • Lead data cleansing, migration, and validation of ten years of transactional data.
- • Align finance, IT, and business users to ensure seamless system transition.
- • Manage project timeline, resources, and stakeholder communication to meet the planned go‑live date.
