Qualifications & Requirements

Required Skills
Responsibilities
- • Provide first‑line technical support to end users, diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues
- • Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and peripheral devices
- • Monitor and administer network connectivity and security measures
- • Assist with server maintenance, backups, and system updates
- • Support the deployment and maintenance of health information system applications
- • Document incidents, solutions, and maintain an IT knowledge base
- • Participate in IT projects and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
