Job Description
The IT & Systems Engineer (DevSecOps) will design, implement, and maintain secure CI/CD pipelines and GitOps workflows for cloud‑native applications. The role integrates security controls throughout the software delivery process and automates infrastructure provisioning. Collaboration with development and operations teams ensures reliable and compliant deployments.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering).
- • 3+ years experience in DevOps/DevSecOps roles.
- • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python and JavaScript.
- • Hands‑on experience with CI/CD platforms (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitLab CI).
- • Knowledge of GitOps tools like ArgoCD.
- • Experience with Terraform, Docker and Kubernetes.
- • Familiarity with security testing tools (OWASP ZAP, Burp Suite, Nessus, Snyk, Aqua Security, Anchore, CodeQL).
- • Understanding of compliance frameworks (GDPR, ISO 27001, NIST).
- • Strong problem‑solving and automation skills.
Required Skills
Responsibilities
- • Design, implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions.
- • Deploy GitOps workflows with ArgoCD and support blue/green and canary strategies.
- • Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform (IaC).
- • Containerize applications and manage deployments on Kubernetes.
- • Troubleshoot pipeline and deployment issues across environments.
- • Document CI/CD processes, policies and security integrations.
- • Integrate security testing tools into pipelines to ensure compliance.
- • Maintain compliance with frameworks such as GDPR, ISO 27001 and NIST.
