Job Description
The Kitchen Steward maintains high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and organisation throughout the kitchen and back‑of‑house areas, supporting the culinary team in delivering safe and efficient food preparation.
Responsibilities
- • Clean and sanitize all kitchen surfaces, equipment and utensils.
- • Ensure proper storage of food items and adherence to hygiene standards.
- • Organise kitchen inventory and assist with stock rotation.
- • Support the kitchen team by handling waste disposal and maintaining a tidy work environment.
- • Follow health and safety regulations to prevent contamination.
