Job Description
The KPI Management and Monitoring Staff is responsible for tracking driver performance metrics, coaching under‑performing drivers and ensuring compliance within the fleet partnership. The role involves real‑time monitoring, escalation handling and incentive administration to maximise driver earnings and fleet productivity.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Business Management, Operations Management, Finance, Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics, Logistics or related field
- • Prior experience in fleet management, driver operations, customer service, asset financing or ride‑hailing operational environments
Required Skills
Responsibilities
- • Track weekly Acceptance Rate, Online Hours, NET Earnings, Finish Rate and trips
- • Conduct regular follow‑ups with inactive, underperforming and non‑compliant drivers
- • Identify root causes of poor performance and provide targeted coaching and improvement actions
- • Verify driver documents, submit activation requests and maintain accurate vehicle records
- • Execute escalation matrix, manage warnings, interventions and track suspensions and document expiries
- • Use Live Map, demand and surge data to guide drivers on positioning and trip opportunities
- • Verify trip and GMV incentive eligibility and support incentive processing
- • Recognise top‑performing drivers through approved communication channels
- • Update driver follow‑ups, performance trackers and internal systems
