Responsibilities
- • Supervise and coordinate all laundry staff to ensure efficient service delivery
- • Operate and maintain washing, dry‑cleaning and pressing machines, performing routine checks and maintenance
- • Manage chemical inventory, ensure proper storage, economical use and safe disposal of hazardous products
- • Monitor linen, uniform and guest laundry for cleanliness, pressing quality and proper folding
- • Inspect finished items for defects and recommend corrective actions as needed
- • Oversee distribution of linen and uniforms to ensure adequate supply throughout the hotel
- • Maintain equipment logs, record production data and adhere to GMP and hygiene standards
- • Train staff on proper handling of textiles and safe chemical practices
