Job Description
The Lead Business Central Functional Consultant designs and implements multi‑company Business Central solutions, ensuring seamless integration across subsidiaries and third‑party systems. The consultant directs data migration, testing, and post‑go‑live support while managing system administration and release cycles.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Business, IT or related field
- • Professional certification in Business Central or ERP systems
- • 3–5 years of consulting or internal lead experience with Business Central implementations
Required Skills
Responsibilities
- • Design and configure scalable Business Central environments for multiple subsidiaries
- • Develop automated data workflows for consolidated financial reporting
- • Lead integration of Business Central with Microsoft Project Operations and external systems
- • Direct data migration, cleansing, and validation from legacy platforms
- • Define UAT strategy and guide business users through testing phases
- • Manage system administration, user licensing, security roles, and tenant permissions
- • Monitor Microsoft release updates, conduct impact assessments, and perform regression testing
