Job Description
The Lead People Partner will act as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, shaping organizational design, workforce planning, and talent management for M‑KOPA Solar in Kenya. Responsibilities include overseeing talent reviews, performance calibration, succession planning, and resolving employee relations issues while ensuring compliance with Kenyan labour law. The role also drives change initiatives and supports the evolution of the people function.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field
- • Minimum 8 years of progressive HR/People Partner experience
- • 3–6 years of experience advising senior executives in fast‑growth, matrixed organisations
- • Strong knowledge of Kenyan labour law and employee relations
- • Proven ability to design and implement org‑design, workforce planning, or succession strategies
