Job Description
The Lead Program Manager, Distribution will oversee the planning, execution and performance monitoring of distribution initiatives for Airtel. The role involves coordinating cross‑functional teams, managing budgets, tracking key performance indicators and ensuring timely delivery of services across the network. Strong program management expertise and experience in large‑scale distribution operations are essential. The position reports to senior leadership within the project management function.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or related field.
- • Proven experience managing large‑scale distribution or logistics programs.
- • Strong analytical, budgeting and stakeholder management skills.
- • Ability to lead multi‑disciplinary teams and deliver results under tight deadlines.
