Job Description
The Cybersecurity Learner works with the TS Systems Integration team to configure and install security solutions while handling low‑complexity break/fix incidents. The position provides hands‑on experience in project lifecycles, problem management and client support, aiming to achieve associate‑level certification. A strong learning orientation and basic technical knowledge are essential.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • BA/BSc/HND or equivalent in ICT, Computer Science or related discipline
- • Professional certification in cybersecurity (preferred)
- • 0–1 years of relevant experience
- • Basic understanding of technical design principles
- • Strong learning orientation and good verbal communication skills

Responsibilities
- • Collaborate with the TS Systems Integration team to configure and install security solutions
- • Respond to low‑complexity break/fix events during project lifecycles
- • Participate in problem‑management activities and incident resolution
- • Support the Implementation Engineering team to meet client requirements
- • Provide general assistance to team members and perform related tasks as needed
