Job Description
The Learning & Development Manager will design and launch a corporate academy and university to build a world‑class learning ecosystem. You will create structured pathways for leadership, technical, and compliance training, and drive talent development across business units and countries. The role partners with external institutions and embeds continuous learning as a strategic advantage for the organization.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BSc/HND) or higher
- MBA/MSc/MA preferred.
- • Professional certification in learning and development.
- • Minimum ten years of relevant experience in HR or learning functions.
- • Proven track record of building large‑scale learning programs.
- • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

- • Establish and lead the Company’s Corporate Academy and University.
- • Design learning pathways for leadership, technical skills, and compliance.
- • Build and manage talent pipelines and succession readiness.
- • Drive workforce capability and a culture of continuous learning.
- • Partner with universities and professional institutes to develop accreditation frameworks.
- • Capture, transfer, and share organizational knowledge across regions.
- • Oversee internal certification programs and learning analytics.
