Job Description
The Legal Counsel / Head of Legal (EMEA) will oversee Accelera Digital Group’s legal affairs across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, ensuring compliance and protecting commercial interests. Responsibilities include managing contracts, advising on regulatory matters, and leading a regional legal team. The position requires extensive corporate law experience and strategic insight.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Law degree (LL.B or equivalent) and admission to practice in relevant jurisdiction
- • Minimum 7 years of corporate legal experience, preferably in technology sector
- • Demonstrated expertise in cross‑border transactions and regulatory compliance
- • Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
- • Ability to operate in a fast‑paced, multinational environment
