Job Description
The Legal Projects Officer supports the delivery of donor‑funded legal projects, coordinating pro‑bono requests, engaging civil‑society partners, and managing project logistics for the TrustLaw program.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree or HND in a relevant field
- • Strong legal research, writing and analytical abilities
- • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
- • Experience working with databases and project‑management tools
Required Skills
Responsibilities
- • Support the Legal Project Manager in developing, administering and monitoring project plans
- • Conduct outreach to onboard civil‑society organisations, legal teams and other partners
- • Scope and draft pro‑bono legal requests and manage them from inception to completion
- • Connect clients with lawyers in the TrustLaw network and follow up on engagements
- • Design and manage cross‑border collaboration activities for legal projects
