Job Description
Engages online audiences by hosting live sales sessions on platforms such as TikTok, Facebook and Instagram, showcasing phones, gadgets and accessories, and converting viewers into customers. Manages post‑session follow‑up, tracks sales metrics and collaborates with the team to meet revenue targets.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Diploma or certificate in Sales, Marketing, Communication or a related field.
- • At least 1 year of experience in sales, live selling or content creation.
- • Confident, energetic and comfortable presenting on camera.
- • Fluent in English and Kiswahili
- knowledge of Sheng is a plus.
- • Basic understanding of smartphones and gadgets.
- • Based in Nairobi and available to start immediately.
Required Skills
Responsibilities
- • Host daily live sales broadcasts on TikTok, Facebook and Instagram.
- • Demonstrate and promote phones, gadgets, appliances and accessories during live sessions.
- • Interact with viewers in real time, answering questions and encouraging purchases.
- • Follow up on enquiries and process orders after each broadcast.
- • Track and report sales figures, view counts and engagement metrics.
- • Maintain product knowledge of smartphones and related accessories.
