Job Description
The Livestream Seller plans and hosts TikTok Shop live sessions to showcase products, engage viewers, and drive sales. The role requires on‑camera confidence, bilingual communication, and the ability to monitor performance metrics after each broadcast.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree, diploma or equivalent qualification
- • Proficiency in English and Kiswahili
- • Ability to host live video sessions and present products effectively

- • Plan and host scheduled TikTok Shop live sessions to showcase and sell products
- • Demonstrate product features, pricing and offers clearly during live streams
- • Engage with viewers by answering questions, responding to comments and encouraging purchases in real time
- • Maintain a consistent live schedule to build a returning audience
- • Monitor and report basic session performance metrics such as viewers, engagement, units sold and revenue
- • Prepare product demos and handle live audience inquiries confidently
- • Communicate fluently in English and Kiswahili
- • Utilize basic phone, photography and lighting setup knowledge during broadcasts
