- • Interview loan applicants, analyze financial documents, evaluate creditworthiness, and verify information to approve or decline applications per company guidelines
- • Monitor loan portfolios, send payment reminders, and follow up with customers regarding upcoming or overdue payments via phone, SMS, or email
- • Engage with clients to recover overdue payments, negotiating repayment plans or restructuring options
- • Update customer records, accurately record payment transactions, and maintain data confidentiality
- • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on collection progress, portfolio quality, and non‑performing loans
