Job Description
Manages the end‑to‑end process for small‑and‑medium‑enterprise (SME) loan products, from client acquisition to repayment collection. Evaluates loan applications, conducts credit assessments, and ensures timely follow‑up on overdue accounts. Works closely with borrowers to negotiate repayment terms and maintain portfolio quality.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Minimum 2 years experience in short‑term loan sales and collections
- • Strong understanding of business loan products and lending processes
- • Ability to follow up overdue loans and negotiate repayment terms
- • Excellent communication and customer service skills
