Job Description
The Lodge Manager oversees all aspects of lodge operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, efficient staff management and high standards of hospitality across accommodation, dining and activities.
Qualifications & Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree (BA/BSc/HND) or Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field
- • Minimum 6 years’ experience in a management role at a luxury lodge or hotel

Responsibilities
- • Deliver personalized service to guests throughout their stay, including meals, activities and special occasions
- • Address guest feedback, requests and complaints promptly and professionally
- • Coordinate guest activities such as game drives, bush dinners and events
- • Manage daily lodge operations including housekeeping, kitchen, and front‑office functions
- • Supervise and train staff to maintain high hospitality standards
- • Oversee budgeting, inventory and procurement for the lodge
